I’ve been here before, didn’t like it, I only went here cause my usual car wash has been closed, and this is deplorable for a 40$ wash with a 20$ tip, just reminded me why I drive 30 minutes to go to my preferred car wash

I have been coming to classic for about six or seven years every time I get the same thing the super special full service car wash. Unfortunately, each time I come back starting about two years ago the service is less and less impressive… Not bad by any stretch just not as good as it used to be. The first dozen times I brought my car through. It felt like a hidden gem of hidden gems, it was almost as if I had my car professionally, detailed inside and out.. But as mentioned before, the service is falling off little by little, and at first, it was just minor things like seeing some streaks on the windows, tire shine that was spotty and patchy, maybe some cleaner on the leather seats that wasn’t completely wiped off. Nothing major, though, and none of these things occurred in the same visit. Sweat at the end of the day it never even crossed my mind to post a review or call and complain, or really think anything of it…. Until now. Today I went at the same $40 car wash I always get, had some cash out so I could tip the folks that do the interior cleaning. Honestly, I was very excited and relieved to be able to get the car completely cleaned out as we just got home from a beach vacatio

Gave this place a shot since my friends recoomended it and Im sad to say I wont be back. I got the 30 dollar package and for 30 bucks I expected more. I moved my sunroof back to clean the inside and they didnt touch it..still dust on the dash, doesn't look like the very back was even vacuumed and I still tipped them 10 each. I should have gone back but I let it go and I will chalk it up as a loss.

Came in for a detail left with a half ass vacuum, garbage still in the car, nothing wiped down. So disappointed because the first time they did such a good job. Will not be back.

Don’t go here unless you wanna get your car scratched to hell and back and when you complain about it (I asked nicely) if they had any kinda insurance or if they could just help me buff some of it out and I’ll get a paint maker and all of a sudden it’s from me and brushing the snow off of my car gouging and scratches that DEEP don’t come from wiping snow off even if you used a broom I guarantee you don’t get gouges and scratches down to the metal… proof is in the video car wash was at 2:45/2:50 and pictures was taken at 3:30 when I arrived at work immediately I have the receipt and bank transaction to prove time and time and date stamp on pictures taken also have pics from a week before hand with no scratches (Edit Here is a pic of before the small white dots have been there but the big scratches and gouging to the metal was 100% not there)
